What is Kanakia jewellery made of?

Every piece is crafted in 925 sterling silver — the international standard for fine silver — and finished in gold, rose-gold, or silver.

Is it real silver?

Yes. The base metal is genuine 925 sterling silver, not brass or alloy. Our gold and rose-gold pieces are 925 silver with a precious-metal plating over the top.

Are the stones real?

Our pieces feature hand-set cubic zirconia and coloured stones, placed by hand for brilliance and durability.

Will it tarnish?

Sterling silver can naturally darken over time with exposure to air, moisture, and perfume — this is normal for all real silver. With a little care (see our Care Guide), your piece will stay beautiful for years.
